Have surgery following the steel cage match on smackdown. In the Ross report it said that Edge's shoulder popped out of his socket and it had to be pushed back in. As a result of this he will not participate much in the wwe shows and he may have to have surgery.  |

I read about that, he was getting such a big push and his matches with Angle recently have been some of the best matches I've seen in a long time..I hope it won't affect his push too much.  |

Poor Edge he said on smackdown today that he does have to have surgery. As a result he has had to give up his chance at regaining his king of the ring trophy. Let's hope his surgery goes well and he makes a speedy recovery! |

I was sooo disappointed for my 'lil baby Edge, but I from someone today that he could return in June, so I hope thats true, I haven't had chance to check WWE.com yet though, so I'm not sure.  |

Yeah that's true!
I read it on both prowrestling and wwe.com on tuesday!
It's a shame he will miss out on king of the ring.
