On Wednesday morning it was reported that former WWE wrestler Bret Hart had been injured when his motor cycle ran over a pot hole. He suffered severe head injuries and had to be kept in. It was reported early yesterday that he had suffered a minor stroke. It is believed that he will make a full recovery and he will require rehab to help him do this. In the past Bret has suffered from concusion- his latest injuries have not helped his condition. Hopefully he will make a quick recovery.

This is from the Calgary Sun:
---
By ERIC FRANCIS, CALGARY SUN
Five days before his 45th birthday, Bret (Hitman) Hart lies in a Calgary hospital fighting to regain use of his left arm and leg following a stroke.
The former wrestling star had the left side of his body paralyzed Monday when he suffered a blood clot in his brain seconds before or after he fell off his bicycle.
Hart, who wasn't wearing a helmet, landed on his head but was able to call for help on his cell phone despite having lost feeling in his left side.
He was stabilized by EMS officials and taken to hospital where doctors continue to run a battery of tests seeking to find out the extent of damage done to his body.
"He's made incredible progress every day and seems to have more and more use of his left side," said Hart's personal assistant Marcy Engelstein, who noted the numbness on the left side of Hart's face has subsided considerably, allowing him to speak normally again.
'IT WILL TAKE A LOT OF WORK'
"Doctors are anticipating he could be 100 per cent, but it will take a lot of work."
Doctors suggest Hart will remain in hospital for at least three more weeks and is expected to start rehab within days.
"This is a very serious situation and we're all deeply concerned, but we're all hopeful for a full recovery and we're encouraged by his continued progress," said Bret's sister-in-law Martha Hart.
"I'm confident he'll be OK," added one of Bret's nine living siblings, Ross.
"He seems to be having a lot of discomfort but he's speaking normally and hasn't lost any memory."
In an effort to ensure his legion of fans weren't concerned by his closely guarded hospitalization earlier in the week, Hart downplayed the seriousness of the incident by issuing an e-mail statement to supporters Tuesday:
E-MAIL MESSAGE TO FANS
"Yesterday I took a tumble and since I retired due to a career-ending concussion the docs are checking me over as a precautionary measure," read the e-mail.
"I mention it only because I've heard there are already exaggerated versions of what happened circulating and I don't want my family, friends and fans to be unnecessarily alarmed. Thank you all for your concern and support."
Groggy due to the series of tests being run on him, Hart refused further comment yesterday, but suggested he'd say his piece soon, perhaps through his column in the Calgary Sun.
Hart was forced to end his illustrious wrestling career 2 1/2 years ago when a concussion left him with headaches and dizziness that have lingered.
He maintains it was a pothole that caused the bike crash but doctors in the emergency ward informed him later that night he suffered a stroke that likely caused the fall. Doctors have told family members the stroke, which was a rupture of cerebral blood vessels, is unrelated to his concussion, which is defined as a jarring of the brain.
Although primarily occurring in the elderly, strokes are one of the most common causes of death in middle-aged adults.
