Brock Lesnar has been calling Vince McMahon's office regularly looking for work. As of last word, he hadn't gotten past McMahon's assistant, Beth. WWE's attitude right now is that Brock left on reasonable good terms given the circumstances, but then blew it with negative comments about wrestling since, and then lost leverage since he'll forever be known as an NFL washout rather than a former NCAA wrestling champion at the top of his resume. All sources say Brock will have to show a remarkable change in attitude and accept a full time schedule before he'll be welcomed back, and when he's brought back he'll have to "pay his dues" from scratch all over again. The rap on him is that when he left he wasn't exactly selling out arenas as champion, so there's no reason to bend over backwards for his demands.
