Vince McMahon on Raw Monday mentioned that he will have a huge announcement next week at the 9/20 edition of Raw. The announcement will have to do with the Taboo Tuesday PPV, which fans will "control" the destiny of Raw WWE wrestlers.
Not everyone visits the internet or calls hotlines. With that said, I can guarantee there are going to be quite a few pissed fans especially in the Wisconsin area that may not know of the PPV yet. And even if they are aware of Taboo Tuesday, they may not know when tickets go on sale.
This is just my opinion. But Vince's announcement will be on the 9/20 edition of Raw. Well surprise, tickets go on sale 9/18. Smart Vince. Announce this landmark PPV after tickets go on sale. I'm sure scalpers will definitely be scoffing many seats for the PPV. For them, they have a two day head start before many fans realize they went on sale before Vince's announcement.
