As has been reported, Mick Foley, HBK, and Triple H have had key roles in booking for RAW as of late.
Mick Foley has booked his own 'coward' angle. Foley is a big fan of surprising fans, while also adding depth to his character. He also loves setting up a situation where he can give a killer promo to respond to contoversy.
HBK has not only been booking his personal storylines, but has been helping to book those for other RAW wrestlers. He has been interacting with Vince very frequently before RAW. McMahon is a big fan of Michaels and respects his insight into wrestling. One source says Michaels helps keep McMahon away from hotshot booking.
Triple H does a lot of booking for his character, and also listens to others' storyline ideas. No matter what is said about him, he does have a great mind for wrestling.
Some undercard wrestlers are frustrated with this structure, as there is no official method of voicing storylines to WWE officials. No one really is blaming HHH, Foley, or HBK for harming the product at this time, but little feel they are helping to influence McMahon to turn his attention to helping to better utilize undercard wrestlers.
