As it stands, the current backstage morale in the WWE is at one of it’s lowest, especially in the SmackDown! brand. With Paul Heyman coming in as the new GM, many thought this could improve matters, however that hope seems to have been squashed due to it being known that Heyman doesn’t have much creative power anymore. The fact that everyone believes that Smackdown only revolves around Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and the Undertaker these days isnt doing anything to help boost morale.
