In Maryland (the site of No Mercy) there are some restrictions on wrestling enforced by the Maryland State Athletic Commission. The rules state:
1. Matches must be stopped upon the sight of blood.
2. Use of tables and chairs are prohibited.
3. Male vs. Female matches are banned.
Well, we have done some checking up on this during the morning hours and as long as the promoter (Vince McMahon) clears what they are doing ahead of time with the Athletic Commission, everything is allowed to continue and the show will not be stopped.
